Agreement to Terms

• Website maintenance and updates
• Performance optimization
• Technical consultation

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

Project Engagement

Project Proposals

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining:

• Project scope and requirements
• Timeline and milestones
• Total cost and payment terms
• Deliverables
• Revision policy

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements and timely feedback
• Supply all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Review and approve work at designated milestones
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtain necessary rights/licenses for any materials you provide

Payment Terms

Pricing

Project pricing is determined based on scope, complexity, and timeline. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) as agreed.

Payment Structure

• Deposit: 50% upfront payment required to begin work
• Milestone Payments: Additional payments at agreed milestones
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due before final delivery

Late Payments

Work may be paused if payments are more than 7 days overdue.

Intellectual Property

Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment:

• You receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables
• I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio
• I retain rights to reusable code components and frameworks

Third-Party Assets

I may use third-party libraries, frameworks, and assets (fonts, icons, stock images) in projects. These remain subject to their original licenses. You are responsible for obtaining licenses for any premium assets you request.

Pre-Existing Work

I retain all rights to my pre-existing code, tools, and methodologies used in your project.

Revisions and Changes

Included Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Scope Changes

Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in:

• Additional charges
• Timeline extensions
• A revised project proposal

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays may occur due to:

• Late delivery of client materials
• Delayed feedback or approvals
• Scope changes
• Technical complexities discovered during development
• Force majeure events

I will communicate any timeline changes promptly and work to minimize delays.

Confidentiality

I respect the confidentiality of your business information. I agree to:

• Keep all proprietary information confidential
• Not disclose project details to third parties without permission
• Use your information solely for project purposes

This obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project
• I am not responsible for losses due to factors beyond my reasonable control

Warranty and Support

Workmanship Warranty

I provide a 30-day warranty on all deliverables to fix any bugs or issues arising from my code, provided:

• The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery
• No modifications have been made to the code by third parties
• The issue is not caused by third-party services or hosting problems

Ongoing Support

After the warranty period, support and maintenance are available through separate maintenance agreements.

Termination

By Client

You may terminate the project at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

By Developer

I reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• Payments are significantly overdue
• Client behaves unprofessionally or unethically
• Project requirements become unfeasible
• Force majeure prevents completion

In such cases, you will receive deliverables for all paid work.

Website Use

Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the website's security features
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Transmit malware or harmful code

Content

All content on this website (text, images, code, design) is my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Changes to Terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
